Once you cancel your subscription, your access to the paid features of the platform will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note that cancellation requests will only take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused time in the current cycle.

2. Refunds

ESHRMS offers no refunds for cancellations during a billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of the billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the time remaining in the cycle after cancellation.
