In order to access the full range of features provided by ESHRMS, you must subscribe to one of our available subscription plans. Each feature of the platform is accessible only to users who have an active subscription. You will be billed according to the billing cycle you select (e.g., monthly, annually) at the time of subscription.
Your subscription fee covers access to specific features, and the level of access is determined by the plan you choose. Please note that different subscription plans may offer varying levels of functionality. You agree to pay the subscription fees in advance for the applicable billing period, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method accordingly.
If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the features of ESHRMS until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, your access to the platform's features will be revoked unless you renew or upgrade your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. However, please note that your cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the paid features of ESHRMS until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
Once your current cycle is complete, your subscription will be considered canceled, and your access to the paid features of ESHRMS will cease. No refunds will be provided for the current cycle if you cancel before the end of the billing period.
You agree to use the services provided by ESHRMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or violate any laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.
ESHRMS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time. If we change the pricing of a subscription plan, we will provide notice before the changes take effect. You will have the option to accept the new pricing or cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
ESHRMS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to use the paid features of ESHRMS.
We strive to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall ESHRMS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. By using ESHRMS, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ESHRMS, its affiliates, and its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
